We will miss some birthdays over the long, holiday weekend!!!  A very happy birthday wish out to the following:

• Please check the "Important Announcements from the Office" page to see your scheduled end-of-year conference time.  All names are listed alphabetically by LAST NAME
• ALL SCHOOL FEES NEED TO BE PAID BY JUNE 15th!!!!
• An ALERT NOW went out Tuesday evening, May 22 regarding important information on transportation, field day, and early dismissal on May 31st.
  
• Soup labels and box tops will still be collected but they will benefit the art department to get much-needed supplies!  Keep sending them in!
• The following districts WILL provide bus services on May 29, 30 AND 31:
• Tiffin City, Fostoria (NORMAL PICK UP WILL APPLY), Bettsville, Mohawk (students MUST be at the High School by 8:00am and will be returned to Mohawk at 2:35pm  
• Although we have an early dismissal on the 31st the buses will pick up at the usual time. 

• Graduation will be Friday, June 1, 2012 at 7pm
• BCA will be out for summer break after Thursday, May 31.  
• Please return the Intent for Student Return immediately

• Parents:  Please note that many teachers are utilizing an online program called edmodo.com.  If you would like the code to check your student's progress and see what it's all about, please contact your student's adviser.  
• If you have a moment, check out our clustrmap!  All the dots indicate all the visitors from all over the world!  Please spread the word to light up our map and also spread the word about our AMAZING school!

THANK YOU   A HUGE thank you goes out to all of the parents, students, faculty, staff, and distinguished guests from our business community!  Our Spring Event held on May 17 was a GREAT success!  It is because of those people that Bridges Community Academy shines within our community!  Thank you again!

Distinguished Visitors  On Thursday, May 17 Senator Burke was a special visitor to our Spring Event!  He was very impressed with all the happenings and partnerships between Bridges and the community.  Also, Mayor Montz will be visiting Bridges on Wednesday, May 23 in order to see what we are all about!  I am certain that he will take away nothing but the TRUST, RESPECT, and RESPONSIBILITY our staff, faculty, and students demonstrate at all times!

Graduation  Can you believe that it is in 10 days?  Time has flown by watching these young adults transform as they have matured, learned, and grown during their time here.     

Field Day and Awards Ceremony  The annual field day and awards ceremony will be held the last week of school.  Please mark your calendars tentatively for Tuesday, May 29th for the awards ceremony and Thursday, May 31st for the field day.  Our committee has been working diligently to make these a success with the students!  Reminder we have early dismissal on Thursday.

Thank you again, parents, staff, and students for all you bring when you enter Bridges.  Your presence and contributions are immeasurable!
