Welcome back from an extra-long, wintery weekend!  I hope you were all
able to spend time together inside and stay warm.  I also hope all students were
able to catch up on every assignment that needed to be completed before the end
of the semester. Report cards will be sent home this Friday, January 20, 2012! 
All parents should be continue to monitor the progress of their child(ren) on
Progress Book. If for any reason you have not been able to do this, please
contact your child's advisor.  They will assist you and re-teach the process if
necessary.  According to the Committment to Excellence that was signed by every
student and parent this communication is necessary to ensure success. Parents
will be required to conference with teachers if their child is not passing a
class.


We are back and ready to dig into the second
half of the year. The research states that more learning occurs during this time
than any other time of the school year. Let's partner together as parents and
educators to let our students know that they CAN reach their full potentials. 
Take time to ask your children how they are going to become more engaged as new
business projects are presented by their teams.  Everyone can get involved in
some way!
